2. License to Play

playapp.tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Synergy Beasts in your web browser solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Intellectual Property, AI Creation & Copyright Removal

Synergy Beasts is an original roguelike auto-battler project developed by Martin and published via playapp.tech. Game design, systems, text, and source code are owned by or licensed to playapp.tech.

Synergy Beasts is an indie game project utilizing modern AI creative tools for concept art, animation frames, and code assistance. We respect intellectual property rights. Upon receiving your notice with appropriate identification of the work, we will investigate and promptly remove the relevant asset.

4. In-Game Items & Virtual Currency

Synergy Beasts features virtual in-game currencies (such as Gold, Relics, and Equipment) used exclusively during gameplay runs. These items:

Have no real-world monetary value.
Cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real currency.
Are stored locally in your browser storage and may reset between runs or when clearing browser data.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or cheat software to disrupt or artificially manipulate the game.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code in a manner violating applicable laws.
Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the servers, networks, or hosting infrastructure connected to playapp.tech.

6. Advertisements and Third-Party Content

The game may incorporate third-party advertisements (such as rewarded video ads or display ads provided by Google AdSense / H5 Games Ads). playapp.tech is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or products advertised in third-party promotions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

Synergy Beasts is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. As an ongoing Beta project, we do not guarantee that the game will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every browser or device configuration.
